Director of Development & Public Relations

Are you a relationship-driven leader passionate about building community connections and advancing an organization's mission? We are seeking a Director of Development & Public Relations to lead fundraising, donor engagement, marketing, communications, and community outreach efforts. As a member of the Senior Management Team, this individual will help shape organizational strategy while serving as a visible ambassador in the community.  

What You'll Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree and relevant professional experience
  • Proven success in fundraising, donor relations, and grant management
  • Strong communication, marketing, and social media experience
  • Ability to build meaningful relationships with donors, community partners, and stakeholders
  • Strategic leadership skills combined with a hands-on approach to execution
  • Experience representing an organization in public and community settings

  • Lead fundraising, marketing, and communications initiatives
  • Cultivate donor and community relationships
  • Manage grants, donor reporting, and development activities
  • Serve as a public representative and community advocate
  • Collaborate with leadership to support organizational growth and impact
